Jay’s sessions are always pre-planned and he is able to refer to historic sessions to monitor objective progression and improvement which is useful and motivational for clients to know too. His training is backed by science which I loved and his sessions are very unique using equipment that other PTs don’t use but really got my heart rate up.
Even following just one block of training through his passion and progress checks outside of sessions to keep tabs on diet, I saw considerable results in terms of fat reduction, physical strength and of course on the scales. Highly recommend Jay as a knowledgeable and unique PT!
